We conducted a Mental Health Awareness Program for our language program students from 10 to 11 AM on May 14th, 2025. The session encouraged open dialogue, emotional reflection, and concluded with carefully chosen positive affirmations to promote ongoing self-care and resilience. Examples included: “I am capable,” “I am enough,” and “I am strong.”![]()
