Today marking the auspicious day of the meritorious month, Sakadawa, HSYWE organized refreshments (juice and water) distribution program for the people who were exhausted and thirsty as they were continuously revolving around the Swoyambhunath Stupa. We deliberately positioned our stalls at the steep area where people required water the most as they get breathless due to the climb.The people were thankful and praised the initiation; they showered us with blessings. Apart from the refreshments, some allowances were distributed to the old age home at Swoyambhunath, while half of the donation was donated towards the Swoyambhunath stupa white paint (Ukar) and namsa, and finally the remaining were distributed among the poor and old people situated in Bouddha and Swoyambhu.
We really appreciate the donations that were received from our students and outsiders.
